Onion Soup Mix (dry mix)

3/4 cup instant minced onion
1/3 cup beef-flavor instant bouillon
4 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 teaspoon celery seed -- crushed
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

5 Tablespoons = 1 package of onion soup mix.

Use as commercial onion soup mix.

Onion Soup

Add one or two tablespoons to 1 cup of hot water.

Onion Dip

5 tablespoons onion soup mix
2 cups of sour cream.

Combine and chill.
