Maple Syrup
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp maple flavoring
- Combine first three ingredients
in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla and maple.
- If saucepan is covered as the
syrup cools, there will be less crystallizing of
the syrup.
