Oatmeal
Cake
Great
breakfast cake!
6
cups quick oatmeal
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil or 1/2 applesauce and 1/2 vegetable
oil
2 cups milk
4 eggs
Combine
all ingredients, sprinkle the top with cinnamon/sugar
mix and bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350° for 35 to 40
minutes. Easy Chocolate Cake 
Sift:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
Add:
1 cup water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine
and pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan Bake
at 350ºF about 40 minutes or until done. Cake
Mix Extender Recipe
1
package regular cake mix
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup water
3/4 cup sugar Prepare
the cake mix according to package directions. Then
combine the next 5 ingredients and add to the prepared
cake batter. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured
9x13-inch baking pan. Bake per package directions,
plus an extra 15 minutes. This makes a higher and
lighter cake! Upside
Down Chocolate Pudding Cake

cup baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3
cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 2/3 cup hot tap water Mix
the first group of ingredients together and spoon
batter evenly into lightly greased crock pot. Combine
the second group of ingredients and pour over the
batter that is already in the crock pot. Cook on high
2-1/2 hours or until batter no longer looks shiny
on top.
