Baked Oatmeal

6 C quick cooking oats ( old-fashioned will work too)
1 C sugar
1 C packed brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 C milk
1 C vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine ingredients and pour into a greased (with a nonstick spray) 9x13x2 baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until set. Serve with additional milk.
