So, for Christmas, I made some pies using homemade graham cracker crusts and somehow ended up with 2 cups of leftover crumbs after the pies were made.
I saved them and was hoping to find a way to use them soon. That didn’t take very long!
I happened to notice this recipe for Graham Cracker Cookies posted last night at thekitchn
I followed Kelli’s recipe using my already crushed graham cookie crumbs.
It only took a few minutes to mix them up as the oven was preheating.
They are delicious! Great recipe!
