YES, EASY EGGLESS EGGNOG!

A friend gave me this yummy recipe a couple of years ago.

It’s SUPER EASY to make!!
It’s Kid-Friendly….and NO Raw Eggs!!

You’ll need:

1/2 gallon cold milk, divided

1 ( 3.4 oz) package French Vanilla instant pudding mix

1/4 cup sugar

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Easy instructions:

In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cup milk and pudding mix stir until it’s smooth. Add in sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in remaining milk. Refrigerate until serving.

Makes about 2 quarts

SKINNY SECRET: You may want to make this with skim milk, sugar-free pudding mix, and a lower calorie sweetener to cut the fat and sugar.

The Jell-O brand of French Vanilla does not include any eggs in the ingredients.

EASY EGGLESS EGGNOG #2

Received this recipe which also does not include eggs–

This is a very thin drink base with the whipped cream mainly floating on the top.

The miracle ingredient is sweetened condensed milk!

You’ll need:

14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1-3 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 pint whipping cream, whipped

About 1/2 gallon of milk

Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions:

In a gallon jar with a lid, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and about 2 cups of milk.

Add  whipped cream to jar.

Fill jar with milk and add vanilla.

Close lid and shake.

Like “real” eggnog this gets better with age and will keep in the refrigerator for several days.

Shake (or stir) before serving and top each glass with freshly grated nutmeg (if desired).

That’s it! How easy it that?
