2007 Update: Please note that this article was written several years ago and the prices have definitely increased, but this list of ordinary food items are usually priced on the low end here in Texas.
The main idea is to use basic food items and look for meat and produce which is sale-priced.
When possible, buy extra sale-priced items which can be stored in the pantry or can be frozen. |
